Obama provides fodder to Fox, Stewart
When Barack Obama won the presidency, the media wondered what that would mean for Fox News on one side and Jon Stewart on the other. It turns out the right-leaning Fox News is faring just fine. In fact, its ratings put it at No. 2 for all cable networks last week. It's no surprise that having a liberal president with a nagging, politically charged issue like health care is giving Fox plenty to work with.
It might be slightly more surprising to some to learn that Stewart, host of "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and a longtime Obama fan, is not cutting the president any slack. When the great orator fumbles, Stewart is there to point it out. And when Obama moves off point, Stewart is quick to the draw there, too. See the clip below as an example.

That I am a fan of Stewart and his show is no secret. I think it is worth mentioning that the man who makes others eat their words is probably a bit hungry himself. See, he has always maintained that his program is not a propaganda machine for the left and that his job is to point out inequities no matter where they come from. Thanks, Jon, for staying on message.
